Return Policy
einszett guarantees ("einszett Guarantee") the unconditional satisfaction of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from einszett Online Shop, you may return the product with the original receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges do not apply - aerosol products exempt). Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Discontinued products may be exchanged only. einszett North America products purchased from Authorized einszett Retailer must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the same "einszett Guarantee" policy.

Due to strict Federal shipping regulations, sales of aerosol products are final and are non-returnable.
Instructions For Returns By Mail Send returns in the original packaging (when possible) with receipt. Packages must be shipped pre-paid and insured. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
